To reduce uncertainty during the booking process, I introduced a dedicated confirmation screen that activates after the form is submitted.
This animated message - "We've received your request", provides immediate reassurance, letting users know their submission was successful.
The animation adds a friendly, celebratory touch that reinforces trust without needing email confirmation right away.
This small UX detail smoothes out the final step in the user journey and leaves a positive last impression.
